Food OK with food menus. Flights on time. Only downside is the drink service, only one before the meal and then you have to ask for a second one during the meal, delivered long time after the meal. The flight attendants must learn from Malaysia and Qatar Airways. After the flight I checked my Etihad guest account and they missed to add the miles from LGW to BKK.
