Munchen-Recife via Lisbon for a 2 week holidays.

Lisbon airport is very small and cramped and not user friendly, but there is always someone around to help.

Good and new airplanes (notably the A330 from Lisbon-Recife-Lisbon which are very comfortable).

Aircraft-crew are helpful, but could really try a little bit harder.

Meals reasonable.

Only flight that left on time was Recife-Lisbon. All the others were delayed 30 to 75 minutes.

TAP is the best choice to fly to north-east Brazil from Europe due to its (i) direct flights from Lisbon (no need to go south to Sao Paulo and come back north to north-east saving 3/4 hour flights each way) and (ii) ticket fares.

TAP although is not an exceptional airline, but the service it provides is above now-a-days aviation service quality average. I would definitely fly with them again.
