Taken August 2006 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Malaga (Pablo Ruiz Picasso) - AGP
All four flights were delayed, and we therefore missed a connecting flight! The staff were very unhelpful and rude and made no effort to inform passengers of the reason for delay. We were also given no information on the status concerning connecting flights. They also managed to los our bags and lied to us about when they would be delivered. If you have any choice in the matter DO NOT FLY WITH IBERIA, as i definately wont! |
