Flights in both directions were excellent - right from extremely efficient check-in at both Manchester and Las Vegas, on-board staff and facilities and catering etc were superb and the flight passed in what seemed to be no time at all. By far the best long haul flight I have been on and would recommend anyone to travel long haul with British Midland. An added bonus was that the flight was on time in both directions and the ground handling service at both airports was excellent. At Las Vegas on arrival it took only 30 minutes from the plane door opening to get off to being out of the airport having passed through baggage reclaim and security (where the staff were wonderful and friendly contrary too many reports about US Immigration staff) | ||
