I flew from Dublin to Palma with them. The Flight was delayed by five hours. They lost my fathers bags and they didn't give him any compensation. The flight itself was comfortable. They had very comfortable leather seats. The cabin crew were very friendly and polite. The flight back was dreadful. The aeroplane was a really old Boeing 737-400. It had no entertainment and the seats were very uncomfortable. The flight was dreadful. The seats gave me a sore back. But once again cabin crew were nice. The pilot updated us with estimated time of arrival. We landed in Dublin at the time we were supposed to. I guess we just had bad luck on this holiday. Overall flying with Futura was great. Would definitely fly with them again. | ||
