We booked our holiday in October to Egypt for a week after Christmas, my husband and I. We booked through Thomas cook, but when my tickets came they stated we would be flying with the airline Fly Jet. Myself or my husband had never heard of this airline before so I had a look at reviews online and they were not good, showing delays etc. so I was very apprehensive about flying with fly jet.

Got to the airport, checked in, and only waited about 50 minutes to check in. When we got to the check in desk the girl was lovely she give us extra legroom seats that I thought had to be paid for theses days. Nice little extra. We got onto the plane and our seats were right next to the door, which was great. Flight on time. In flight we got treated really well. Drinks, meal, hot drink; hot towel, duty-free and we got sweets for landing. The seats were not that comfortable, but that was the only real thing I would say. Return journey on time, same excellent service and very friendly crew.
