The outbound flight was wonderful and we experienced no problems. Comfortable seats and freindly cabin crew made sure the flight was enjoyable. Landed on time in Palma.

When we got off the plane we had a seemingly endless journey which was as follows:

on travellator, off travellator, on another travellator, off travellator, on another travellator, off travellator, on another travellator, off travellator, on another travellator, off travellator, on another travellator, off travellator, on another travellator, off travellator, around a corner (could we finally be at baggage collection? no, more travellators)...

On another travellator, off travellator, on another travellator, off travellator, on another travellator, off travellator...

When we got to baggage collection we had a short walk to the coach.

Inbound flight was very fun before we even took off...

There was another JMC plane to one side of us bound for Gatwick and an air 2000 lane at the other side bound for Manchester like ours. the two JMC flights had the luggage the wrong way around son the ground staff attempted to resolve this problem, they switched the luggage from the two Manchester flights around. our luggage was now on the gatwick flight. the Gatwick luggage was on the air 200 Manchester flight and the air 200 luggage was on ours (isn't this fun). the ground staff re-attempted resolving the problem by swapping the luggage from the two Manchester flights around. this meant that the air 2000 flight was now ready to depart, but the two JMC flights were not (now I stop to breathe for a second). the two JMC flights were then swapped over and were ready to depart. If you managed to catch all of that then congratulations.

When we got off the ground the flight was smooth although the meal was not brilliant (but then we weren't sure what to expect on a late night flight anyway). It consisted of a sandwich with god knows what as a filling and a drink, a kitkat and a pack of mini cheddars.

Overall a very good airline, after-all, the problems with the baggage were down to the incompetent ground staff at Palma.
