The aircraft was not cleaned very well from the previous flight, there were hardly any duty free products left and so we did not get our allowance.

My daughter wanted some perfume as a special gift for her birthday, and was told we might have some, and we might not. When the stewardess brought her some it was thrust at her and demanded the money without a please or thank you, there were no bags to put perfume in.

We were asked to fill in a questionnaire, and they took these back before any meals or duty free came around, so they were filled in before you could have any opinion of what was to come.
