Home > Etihad Airways > ReviewTaken 6 January 2007 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Bangkok International (Suvarnabhumi Airport) - BKKThe seats were acceptable, comforters and pillows supplied to all seats. A few problems with the onboard entertainment on each leg of our journey, but the flight staff sorted the problems eventually. Food was good except on one leg where I had requested seafood option but got salmon at every meal. Other legs were more varied options. My husband said the ordinary options were reasonable. Drinks were not always offered & it seemed that hot drinks were missed altogether for certain sections of the plane. We were never offered a second cup and water was not plentiful. The heat on the plane on all legs was very uncomfortable. There seemed to be no way of reducing the temperature. Most people were complaining about it. Although there were many positives about the Etihad experience, the heat has put us off flying with this airline again despite the good value. We are going again but paying more. I did email Etihad but they did not reply. | ||
