Advertised as fully flat beds, however they are inclined

Food was OK, but afternoon tea was disappointing.

Cabin crew did not seem confident, verging on the incompetent. Some of the crew were not what I would have expected from a so called premium airline.

New York was great. I have had far better experiences on charter airlines and in economy on other airlines.

As a side note, they need to do something with the uniform, especially the chef's jacket.
