My second flight on the same day with Austrian Arrows. Like the previous sector it was a good experience. Friendly and efficient cabin crew. A snack of cold meats and cheese plus a cake was provided. Flight was about 75% full. Only negative aspect was severe overcrowding in the departure lounge in the small terminal at Innsbruck which really couldn't cope with the volume of passengers. To be fair this was probably one of the busiest days of the year with many ski flights. As building work is in progress to expand the terminal it is probable that they will be better equipped to cope with next year's ski season.
