I have flown with Monarch so many times now, and I have to say that on each occasion it has been an absolute pleasure. Even more so on my last journey.

I flew out from Manchester, and had access to the VIP lounge (due to being a member of the Vantage Club), which was wonderful, and sure beats waiting in the departure lounge!

Boarding of the flight was early, as was take off. The aircraft was a clean and comfortable Airbus A321. We landed 31 minutes ahead of schedule in Alicante.

For the very first time, I was the first person to step off of the aircraft (I bet I will not do that again any time soon).

The inbound flight was also boarding early, and was also an A321. One thing I did notice was that all but one of the cabin crew were male, which seemed highly unusual. The flight was generally good, despite an incredibly bad landing.

Once again Monarch provided a wonderful flying experience, and it was a pleasure to fly with them. Well done Monarch:- Keep it up!!!
