Home > Royal Jordanian > ReviewTaken 31 March 2007 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Amman (Queen Alia International) - AMMMain concerns with this airline are comfort and safety. This was my first flight on this airline and I had no expectations. Check in staff were great, but cabin crew and plane not up to the job. My seat on the outbound flight was broken and reclined automatically as the plane accelerated down the runway. I reported it to disinterested cabin crew as I got off. My main concern was safety. Passengers were not required to make sure their seats were fully upright on take-off and landing. Seat belts were not checked. Of greatest concern was the person in the seat next to me who switched his mobile phone on a number of times to check for messages - including take-off and landing! | ||
