Taken 16 March 2007 from London, England (Luton Airport) - LTN to Newark, NJ (Newark International Airport) - EWR

We loved the kerbside check-in and the flight out to EWR went smoothly until landing... we flew into a snowstorm and were stuck there overnight until we caught our CO flight the next afternoon.

The food on the outbound was excellent with a Hummus starter and we had preselected the main course which was very good. A huge slice of chocolate cake was then served... perfect.

The return back was OK although our preselected food disappeared off the computer and we werestuck with, in our opinion the worst airline food that we have had for a long time. There was no real startyed and certainly nothing to compare to the cake.

The crew were great throughout.

One interesting point is that the plane has no Call Button to attract the crew... I was told this was deliberate as it was not fitting for a business airline!!!

Finally on landing one of our bags was missing and we have found the ground staff to be less than helpful... claiming it had been loaded. This was later proved to be untrue as it was found by Continental in Houston and returned after nearly 3 weeks.

Would I use Silverjet again... probably Yes unless the Majors fall into line or are within 20% of the price.

One final tip... ifthere are two of you, choose to sit in the middle seats as it is far easier to get in and out.
