Taken 4 April 2007 from New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFK to Cairo (Cairo International Airport) - CAI
EgyptAir is the only airline to fly non-stop from the USofA to Egypt which means avoiding a transit stop somewhere in Europe. The airline flies out of Terminal 4 at JFK and they have a dedicated check-in area for Business and First class passengers. Preboarding announcements were made for Premium passengers and EgyptAir frequent fliers. Once on board a stewardess took my jacket and offered me a selection of juices. The Business Class seat is quite old, but still very comfortable. Two full meals were offered during the flights including a dinner and lunch. The stewards were very helpful and made for a nice experience. My return trip was of a similar high standard. |
