To my surprise, I was pleasantly surprised. We departed on time. We arrived on time. The flight was full, but we still were somewhat comfortable in First Class. The meal was OK... a cold plate. We had china and glassware, but the utensils were plastic, and napkins of paper. The First Class flight attendant did a wonderful job, and really seemed interested in passenger needs and comfort. He should be commended. Overall, I would definitely fly this airline again if all flights were of this type. The only complaint I do have is the facility in Phoenix is very small and narrow for the number of people utilizing it. With so many flights, it is chaos trying to get through the Phoenix airport. | ||
