This was another excellent flight with air Berlin on the Belfast to London route. Check in was effective and handled in a most friendly manner by their ground handlers. Seat allocation is very much welcomed with this airline. The outbound aircraft 737-700 was very clean and felt modern. All German crew impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. We left Belfast spot on time, and were served with out complimentary drink and cake and arrived in London bang on time. Our luggage was off loaded and collected quickly. On our return we arrived at airport early, however Air Berlin allowed us to check in our baggage 3 hours before the flight. Our return flight was much of the same, this time the aircraft was an A320. First impressions of this aircraft are that it is more spacious than the 737. The seats at first look very narrow, but they are just as comfortable. My first choice of airline service to London will be Air Berlin every time in the future. |
