This was my first trip with TAP. The outbound flight from Amsterdam was delayed due to Air traffic. The take-off was very bumpy. It seemed as if the crew was rushing to make up lost time. The In Flight Entertainment consisted of an episode of the Simpson's and some kind of golf documentary. Not too good, but the again it was a short flight. The cabin crew had an off day. They weren't too friendly and the sand-which served was one of the worst ever tasted by myself! The landing, as well, was very bumpy mainly due to the wind that blows across Lisbon and, boy, did the pilot slam on his brakes.

The return flight to Amsterdam was a whole different ball game. Great flight, eventhough there was a delay due to the late arrival of the aeroplane, great and friendly service, and a nice and comfortable seat in a comfortable aeroplane, the A321. The return flight made me want to fly with them again.
