Check in was a disaster. There was one employee loudly routing passengers to queues which no relation to the kiosks or employees they actually ended up with. Our flight was delayed to the point where we would miss our connection. The next flight from BWI to our destination was the following morning, which would cause us to miss the event for which we were travelling. I am glad that we found this out before getting to Baltimore, and that we received a full refund.
