Home > Monarch > 2007 > ReviewTaken 27 May 2007 from London, England (Luton Airport) - LTN to Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands - PMII was very impressed with Monarch. With expectations not far above Ryanair, Monarch exceeded them by far! The courtesy of the cabin crew is a clear example for both flights, and their immaculate presentation helps supplement the effect of professionalism. While charging for Food and Drinks, they offer comfortable leather seats, complimentary headsets, full in-flight entertainment and nice touches like hot towels. While attempting to maintain the classic tradition of flying, they still offer menu's of which you can choose from the classic "airline meal", which you pay for, and thus the quality is not cost cutted, or lighter options such as hot panini's at reasonable prices. With this, a separate trolley is presented as a "snack bar" effect, food and drink with crisps and chocolate bars etc. A friendly and warm experience aboard, which even if you do not wish to purchase anything extra, you are bound to thoroughly enjoy anyway. Will be flying with Monarch regularly again, and looking forward to it! | ||
