Taken 17 May 2007 from Newcastle - NCL to Arrecife, Canary Islands (Lanzarote) - ACE
We flew with this airline on a four and a half hour flight. Having read some awful reviews we were really worried, but we didn't have anything to worry about we left slightly early and we landed back home slightly early. The cabin crew could not have been more friendly and helpful the best by far that I have ever flew with, yes the plane is dated and shabby and the seats were a, but uncomfortable with no entertainment, but the cabin crew made up for this and we were also told that every person on board is entitled to a free meal which was very nice, most airlines charge you ten pound for this privilege. I think if they updated their planes this small company could compete with the best. |
