I was very scared flying with Air Tran after reading all of the reviews on them on many sites. I am so glad that none of the bad reviews held up to my flight. I LOVED Air Tran I have never had such a smooth uneventful flight in the many years I have flown. Air Tran staff was very friendly, my flights were comfortable and all, but 1 of my flights was early to its destination. I carried on my luggage so I cannot tell you about baggage check in/Claim. I also made sure to check in online 24 hours before my flight so I cannot comment on check in either. I would suggest you check in online and carry on your baggage if possible, it made for a very good experience on Air Tran.
