Home > LTE International Airways > 2007 > ReviewTaken 10 May 2007 from Norwich - NWI to Arrecife, Canary Islands (Lanzarote) - ACEI was very impressed with this airline; the flight left Norwich airport 5 minutes early, and there seemed to be plenty of leg room. The Spanish crew were professional and friendly; they were very kind to my 3 year old, who hates take off (previously on another airline we have had air crew getting annoyed because he wouldn't stay still in his seat). The in-flight meal consisted of roast chicken in gravy, spinach, potatoes, potato salad, crackers and butter and chocolates, and was actually pretty good as far as airline meals go (it was free with the flight in any case). We landed ahead of schedule in Lanzarote. On our return journey, the flight left on time, although the plane wasn't as new or as smart as the one for our outbound flight. The air stewardess provided a special lap belt extension, so my son could sit on his dad's lap for take off. The breakfast provided was omelette, baked beans, sausage, bacon, tomato sauce, bread roll, butter and jam, biscuits, chocolates, cheese triangles, and tea/coffee or fruit juice. We arrived back in Norwich a good twenty minutes early. I found the crew a lot more friendly and helpful than most British flights I've been on. | ||
