Taken 17 June 2007 from London (Stansted) - STN to Glasgow, Scotland (Abbotsichn) - GLA

Stanstead / Glasgow return. Flight out OK on an old Fokker 100, except for cold coffee and bag of crisps for in flight service. Aircraft couldn't be started for return flight due out 18.00, no information on what was happening till 20.45. Were not given options as per Montreal aggreement put up in motel for night. No effort to find an alternative carrier or explain rights. only AB staff available was one junior who knew nothing. Got to motel 23.00, flown out 9.40 next day, no explanation or apology. Worst treatment experienced by me by any airline. Polite Email to customer service ignored.
