Taken May 2007 from Dublin - DUB to Lourdes/Tarbes (Ossun) - LDE

Firstly our flight there and back was delayed. There was a lot of elderly passengers on this flight, and they all had to get on a bus from the terminal, and then struggle up steps onto the aircraft.

The cabin crew were trying their best, but there was nothing they could do. The check in staff separated families with disabled children, even though the flight was not even full, so the cabin crew had to move them, which delayed us even more.

On board they had no tea or coffee, and ran out of sandwiches after 6 rows.

The seats were coming apart, and there was no communication with the passengers from the flight deck.

I would never fly with Aviajet again, as it was an absolute disgrace there and back.
