My flight was on-time, the flight attendants were pleasant and efficient. This flight was full, and somehow my seat assignment got changed at the last minute, and I was seated separately from my husband and the rest of the group we were flying with. As a fairly new flyer, I was not happy about this development at all. Also, when I checked in at the airport, my husband and I were the only 2 people in our group who did NOT get our boarding passes for our connecting flight in Toronto - we didn't realize this until we were nearly ready to board and discovered that everyone else had something we did not. Somewhere along the way there was a snafu with our tickets.
