On the way to Portugal the flight was delayed slightly due to a technical diffuculty, but was dealt with promtly. the flight was very comfortable and the flight attendants were extremely helpful. the food was very nice which was a suprise as airline food isn't the best.

On the flight home, about 45 minutes after take-off there was some severe turbulence, the plane dipped out of the sky which was frightening. after that the flight was very bumby and uncomfortable, but you can't blame the cabin crew and pilots for that because there was turbulence. as a result of the turbulence meals and drinks couldn't be served.

Overall the flights out and inbound were great.
