The service in which I received was fantastic. All of the airline staff were always there and happy to help. We were treated with respect, and never once felt that the service we received was poor. The food was reasonably good for airline food, and the seats were comfortable, although this may have been because we were seated in the very back of the plane and actually had space to stretch out. It was an over night flight, and when we arrived in Johannesburg we were even given a pack with a toothbrush and toothpaste in it. This was unexpected surprise for the economy section of the plane.
