Taken September 2006 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Singapore (Changi International Airport) - SIN
I must be one of very few people who has been very disappointed with the airline. I flew from London Heathrow to Singapore and then to Sydney. The B747/400 was very old and the leg room was worse than chartered flight. Very uncomfortable seats. The toilets were dirty and smelly right from the beginning of the flight. The food was OK, but no second cup of coffee were allowed. The choice of the films were good, but the quality of the video monitors were poor. I think the equipment were old and out of date. I will try this airline again this airline, perhaps that was one off experience. |
