Home > Aer Arann > ReviewTaken 2007 from Cork - ORK to Belfast, Northern Ireland (Harbour Airport) - BHDThis was the return leg of a holiday to Killarney and Cork which began with an Aer Arran flight from Dublin to Kerry. Once again the service was operated by an ATR 72 but a much older model which was starting to look its age inside. On this occasion the flight was half an hour late departing. However, we had a much chattier cockpit crew. The pilot addressed us as soon as embarkation was completed and we were given an update by the First Officer during the flight. There was a short period of turbulence a few minutes after take-off, but the inflight service began as soon as possible and the cabin crew were very pleasant. We made good time and our flight path took us right up the coast to Strangford turning in towards Bangor and and then approaching Belfast city over the Lough. All in all an enjoyable flight. Aer Arran are a good regional airline. | ||
