Home > Zoom > ReviewTaken 30 August 2007 from New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFK to London, England (Gatwick Airport) - LGWFirst time flying Zoom, and all I can say is WOW! The Flight Attendants couldn't do enough for you, and could teach Delta/Continental (whom I usually fly to Gatwick) a thing or two. Service was just great, food was actually very nice and seat pitch was 32" which was good as I'm tall. We left the gate 5 minutes early, and managed to not have to queue for takeoff too long, we landed about 5 minutes after we were due. I paid $199 for this ticket, Delta would have been $700!!! Personally, they can go whistle for it - as long as the service and legroom stay just as they are, I'll be flying Zoom every time on my 4/5 trips to London a year. | ||
