Wow is all I can say! I am somewhat of a frequent traveller in North America and have flown the majority of the North American carriers domestically and internationally. This was my first experience with Jet Airways and I was very impressed. Everything from the check in process, to in-flight service/entertainment to the food was excellent.

An example of great service - as soon as I entered the aircraft, I was pleasantly greeted by a flight attendant who insisted to walk me to my seat and carry and stow my carry on luggage for me! As soon as I sat down I was given a hot towel and was asked if I wanted something to drink prior to take off. I had never experienced this level of service in Economy before and we had not even started the engines yet! So you could guess the level of service from there on in.

The entertainment on board is great. The personal TV's have a good selection of movies, music, and games to choose from.

Having an in-flight menu is also a nice touch.

I am glad that Jet Airways is expanding into North America. I will selectively choose to fly them whenever I need to head East!
