I was completely impressed with this airline and its professional staff. I am not sure what type of plane it was, but it was extremely comfortable and clean. All seats had plenty of legroom and nice leather seats. The snack was just the right size for this flight. The crew was always smiling and very attentive and spoke in all three languages fluently (German.Italian and English).

We need an airline like this in Canada. Would use them again on my next trip to Italy.
