Taken 21 August 2007 from London, England (Gatwick Airport) - LGW to Vancouver, BC (Vancouver International Airport) - YVR

This was the return portion of Vancouver - Glasgow - Gatwick - Vancouver journey. Both flights left on time and arrived either on time or slightly early. The Airbus 330 on the LGW - YVR portion was very new and extremely clean. The service could not be faulted. Flight attendants were attentive and courteous and even those not assigned to our section would cheerfully assist when required. Meals were better than average and drinks were offered throughout the flight. Club Class seats are leather and very comfortable both in pitch and width. Service and comfort was reminiscent of the old Wardair days.

Because of the carry-on restrictions at Gatwick we had to have some of our fragile items checked rather than stowed in the cabin and we were impressed by the care given them by Air Transat. Well done!
