The ground staff at Luton were an absolute joke.

The flight was delayed by 2 hours going out and 2 hours for the return and we had to find someone to ask for that information. When we approached a female member of the staff in Luton to ask for information, she looked at us with contempt as if we were irritants interupting her day.

Whilst stood there another passenger came over and asked a young guy on Wizz staff if he knew were the flight to Bucharest could be boarded. The Wizz guy looked at him and shrugged his shoulders then turned his back on him and walked away. As it turned out the bucharest flight was boarding at the gate next to ours about 30 feet from where the Wizz staff were standing!! In general, information was extremely poor and ground staff at Luton and Sofia were very unhelpful,ignorant,rude and at times non-existent. On the positive side, the flight crew were pleasant enough. We flew with our one year old son and fortunately at Luton we were told we could board first although at Sofia the staff were totally ignorant and it was a virtual free for all through the gate.

The overall service of Wizz is poor so beware!

We would definately not fly with them again.
