When I originally booked this flight, there was no direct service on this date between Montreal and Halifax, and Air Canada's fare for a direct flight at any time of the day was astronomical, so I booked on WestJet via Toronto. Time consuming, but I was on a budget. A few weeks later, though, there was a direct flight on WestJet. They were phenomenal - they allowed me to change my flight without any fees as it was a new flight, and the price was very economical. The plane departed and arrived early, and the staff at the airport and on the plane were exceedingly friendly. I will definitely be flying WestJet from now on - thank you very much.
