The flight was easily one of the most uncomfortable I have ever taken. The leg room is a disgrace, and I had paid for a so called extra leg room seat - what standard seats were like I dread to think. The aircraft had seen better days and was clearly past its sell by date. The wall had food all over it which had congealed so had been there a while and added to the sense of decay on the aircraft.

Staff were abrupt and were only interested in selling and couldn't care less about you unless you were handing over more money. The constant announcements of what was being sold next became very annoying.

The saving grace of the flight was it left on time and departure times were convenient.
