A return flight from Berlin to Riga. Air Baltic uses B 737-500. Both flights were on time. Planes were reasonably clean. Air Baltic is a typical non service (no frills) carrier. Unless you pay 5 or 6 times more for business class, you get nothing on board (unless you are willing to pay for it).Compared to carriers like Ryanair or Easy-jet one still gets a seat assignment and the seating is slightly more comfortable. Flight attendants are reasonably friendly although there is no longer a necessity for them, save for safety regulations. Given the choice I would avoid Air Baltic, but these days all Airlines operating from the Baltic States have become non service carriers.
