Taken 31 October 2007 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Amsterdam (Schiphol) - AMS

Usual excellent service. Clean plane (A319), cheerful staff, competitive fares, and bang on time. "Chargeable" in-flight refreshments are at rip off prices (£1 for a Twix or Kit Kat, and 60p for a 150ml "mini" can of drink). However, on a 40 minute flight, not eating or drinking is hardly the end of the world. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever.
