Taken 11 July 2007 from Liverpool, England (Speke Airport) - LPL to Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands - PMI

Flew with this airline for the second time in two years, the cabin crew were indiferent to the passengers and seemed to just want to get the flight over with as quickly as possible. The flights were delayed in both directions and no explanation was given. The Boeing 737 aircraft were old and scruffy and I didn't feel overly confident stepping aboard.

The flight was delayed for 45 minutes on our return to the UK from Palma. There was a "problem with the airplane" although this message wasn't relayed to the already boarded passengers (who were getting worried and distressed)for over 30 minutes.

Ground crew and Futura technicians were wandering in and out of the cockpit whilst the nervous and bemused passengers looked on. No information was passed on to reassure the passengers.

Dismal aircraft and eaqually dismal airline. Never again!!
