Great experience with MH on these long flights from Australia via Kuala Lumpur to Frankfurt and back with our 11 month old son. MH confirmed our seats in front of bulk head with bassinet for all segments and nappies as well as a toy for our son was available on each flight. Flight attendants provided excellent service with a genuine smile and they actually took our son while we had our food. Food overall very tasty and frequent drink runs during the flights (water and various juices). You had to get up and go to the galley for other drinks and peanuts. Great seat pitch in front of the bulk head, but seat width limited both on 747 (BNE-KUL-BNE) and 777 (KUL-FRA-KUL). Aircraft in good and clean condition, lavatories clean and frequently checked by flight crew, sufficient blankets and pillows available. On our way to Germany had a 18 hours in KUL, but MH paid for day use of 5-star Pan Pacific Hotel right at the airport. Excellent hotel and great value for money as MH was also the cheapest choice from BNE to FRA for our travel dates. Will certainly fly MH again in the future. |
