On board service poor on both legs - why do they try and sell duty free and if you are going to charge for everything then at least ensure you have change available. I always have the sense with BMI that the staff would rather be somewhere else.

Return flight on A319 - I like the new configuration of business class. Nice plane, but really poor boarding procedures in Jersey in heavy rain. No apology or explanation for late flight.
