I had been looking forward to trying this new airline out, but felt it was a let down. I did not see anything special about this flight. The food was OK, the crew looked like they could have done with a good nights sleep and their attitude was very abrupt. The seat/bed was OK, but I did not like the fact it was not flat. I do think that it has been hyped up it was a lot of money for an average flight. I would not use them again unless the prices were reduced.
