Taken 20 November 2007 from London, England (Luton Airport) - LTN to Newark, NJ (Newark International Airport) - EWR

What a fantastic airline. The private lounge is very spacious and relaxed and I liked the private security. Its probably the least rushed I've felt getting on a plane. Wonderful. The seats on the aircraft are pretty comfortable too. There is a lack of storage around you, which means that if your one of these people who likes all your stuff around you while your flying, its going to have to be in the overhead locker. Good content on the portable IFE, and the food was fantastic. Crew were great. Seats were flat, and slightly angled, but I managed about 2 hours sleep which is the most I've ever had on a flight. These seats are pretty good. Massage function quite good too. Three things I think need to be fixed, but these are just my personal points and are trivial. Personal storage around my seat. The temperature during the flight was too warm, I like it a bit cooler. Lastly a moving map, just so I can see where we are. Regardless of these small points this airline is fantastic. Prices were very good too. Give it a go.
