My wife was all excited at the opportunity with AIR India due to her prior experience flying in Asian airlines i. e Singapore Air and Malaysian Airlines. To our dismay, our flight experience was a terrible experience. The plane was old and my wife (medium built) could not sit with her legs straight..!! She had to sit sideways..! The flight attendants believe it is beneath themselves to clean the toilers and replace paper towels. As a result, the toilets smelled after a 4 hour duration and I had to remind them the toilets did not have toilet paper.

The redeeming factor were the meals, they were quite good, but the sad part it was not enough to erase the overall bad experience.
