Home > MaxJet > ReviewTaken 2007 from London (Stansted) - STN to Los Angeles, CA (Los Angeles International Airport) - LAXJust returned from a two day trip to Los Angeles. Having flown with other business class only airlines, I was interested to see what they would be like. I have to say I was disappointed. The cabin service on the outbound can best be described as chaotic and muddled. The flight left at 9.30am and we were served the afternoon tea at 11am. The flight was less than half full and the crew seemed very disorganised. The seats were more of a premium economy seat than a business class seat, but with the business class leg room. The catering was disappointing. The return trip was better in that the crew seemed to be much better organised and seemed to know what they were doing, but I have to ask why if you want milk in your coffee, they give you a supermarket plastic bottle of milk to use to pour the milk into the coffee mug! For the price you pay it is good value, but they have to address the issues of consistency in the service they offer. | ||
