On our return day, when we showed to the counter we were told that we have no reservation, it was cancelled by their flight centre in Doha. No apologies given by the station manager, no voucher for meal or hotel. The best she could do is to put us on the next day flight. No reason was given for the cancellation. The station manager did not even put us on the same flight. We suffered the whole night with snow storm. Can't get worst than this... | ||
