I found these not fully reclinable seats more comfortable when compared to angled lie-flat new ones with small legroom and width. In this case legroom and width was excellent. Service was attentive. Dining good, but not gourmet. Entertainment basic. In general, EL AL Business product was enjoyable, but without the refinement or focus on detail of major players in the field.
