On our way to Croatia for the last holidays, Croatia Airlines was late 2 hours with their arrival to Zagreb from Frankfurt. There was not much explaining except something about the snow. Of course they managed to luse all of our 5 pieces of luggage.

On the way back via London, Croatia Airlines was, again, late 40 minutes and that made us late for our connecting flight to USA. When Delta manger called Croatia Airlines to ask why they wouldn`t pay $600 penalty for us being late, they said, that we had enough time to make a connection flight. After Delta manger told them that was not true, they said, it was and that was it. Delta employes had a good laugh listening business practices of Croatia Airlines.Sad, but truth. They are trying to say that me, my wife,6 year old girl and 6 months old baby didn`t run fast enough I guess, to make a connection flight, but the fact that they were late 40 minutes is not important, I guess.
