Taken 2008 from Fort Lauderdale, FL (Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport) - FLL to Philadelphia, PA (Philadelphia International Airport) - PHL
My brother and I fly Southwest regularly and we've always had very good experiences. The attendants have always been friendly and they often say things to make the passengers laugh. I had one flight that was badly delayed, but they were so apologetic, I couldn't get angry about it. My brother's had similar experiences with Southwest. He changed to Southwest on my recommendation after having frequent problems with American airlines. |
